குருவடி துணையென்று சரண் புகுந்தோம்

 

THiruvadi  nizhalinai  thedi  vanthom

Guruvadi  thunai  yendru saran pugunthom

 

We  came in search of the shawdow of your divine feet

Thinking that  feet of Guru is our help , we  surrendered

முப்புரம் எரித்த முக்கண்ணன் மீண்டும்

விழுப்புரம் உதித்த ரகசியம் அறிந்தோம்

காலடி உதித்த சங்கரன் மீண்டும்

காலடி பதித்த சரித்திரம் தெரிந்தோம்

Muppuram yeritha mukkannan veendum

Vizhuppuram udhiitha ragasiyam  arinthom

Kaaladi  udhitha  Sankaran veendum

Kaaladi padhitha  charithiram  Arinthom(THiruvadi nizhalinai)

 

We understood the secret of  the three eyed god has

Again  took birth  in Vizhupuram

WE understood the  history  of  Sankara bon in Kaladi

Has again  marked  his  steps ( Again the divine feet)

 

முன்வினை தீமைகள் முற்றிலும் நீங்கிடும்

பின்வினை அனைத்தும் நன்மை பயத்திடும்

தீவினை அகற்றி பாபம் களைந்திடும்

நல்வினை பெருக்கி புண்ணியம் சேர்த்திடும்

THeevini agathi paapam  Kalainthidum

Nalvinai  perukki punniyam  cherthidum

The bad  effect  of our old fate  would completely vanish

The acts  of the present  life  would  lead to comfort

It would remove  all bad acts  and lead  to good

The good   acts  would increase and punya  would be saved
