Shiva  Sakthi mainthanai pani maname

Pranava swaroopanai, Karunya moorthiye

 

Oh mind, bow before the son of lord Shiva and Goddess Sakthi,

The one with form of Om, The personification of mercy

தெருமுனையில் அமர்ந்து தொழுவோர்க்கு அருள்புரிந்து
எண்ணுவது ஈடேற்றும் குழந்தைக் கடவுளாம்

Yennuvathu eedethum Kuzhandhai Kadavulaam (Shiva Sakthi Mainthanai)

 

Sitting in the street  cornerand blessing to all those who salute him

And one who makes all we think real, the baby God (The son of Shiva and Sakthi)

Muzhu muthar kadavulaam vinayakanai vanangida

Vighnangal yaavum vilagidume.

Aaru mukha sodharanai, Aanai mukhanai  thuthikka

Idarkalum thadaikalum  neengidume(Shiva Sakthi mainthanai)

 

When we  salute the first  complete god Vinayaka

All road blocks would move away

If we  pray  brother of six faced god who has elephant face

The worries and blocks would move away(The son of Shiva and Sakthi)

சிதறுகாய் உடைத்து ப்ரீதி செய்திடவே
நம் கஷ்டங்கள் யாவும் சிதறிடுமே
தோப்புக் கரணமதை நிதமும் செய்திட
நம் ஞாபக சக்தியும் பெருகிடுமே

Chidaru kaai udaithu Preethi cheithidave

Nam kashtangal yaavum  chidharidume

Thoppu karanamathai   nithavun cheithida

Nam jnapaka sakthiyum perikidume (Shiva Sakthi mainthanai)

 

When we do his dear duty of shattrering coconuts

All our problems would  get  shattered

When we do cathing our ears and bending knee before him

Our  memory would  increase(The son of Shiva and Sakthi)
