If  the divine  name  of the  husband,

Of the daughter  of the mountain who pervades  with music,

Oh toungue  , if you sing

You   will always   get definitely.

 

2.Reethi gaula

Madhana  janakanaam hariyum,

Vedha vadhanaam  vidhiyum

Tridasa  pathiyum munivarum annu

Suswagatham    cheyyum  pranava

 

Hari  who is father  of Manmadha

And Brahma who has Vedas as face

And the sages  who are lord of past  , present and future

Oh Om  who welcomes them all

 

3.Begada

Shiva padhame  Shubhadham,

Yennathu nigama  sammatham

Bhava bhaya dhainyarthi  haram

Athuve  mokshaadhaaram

 

The feet of Lord Shiva  brings good things

And this is accepted by Vedas

And that is the  one  which destroys ,

The fear of Fate and is the support  for salvation

 

4.Malaya marutham

 

Vama deva , pada seva cheithoru,

Muni suthan, puraa soma surya rulla poovum

Chiraayuvai athu dharichu

 

Thhe son of a sage  ,

Who did service to Lord Shiva

Wore the flower  having sun an moon,

For  , forever  life

 

5,Madhyavathi

Yaameeneesa , kala lasitha

Jata makuta dhariyaam

Sama gana lola phaala,

Nayana dhaya sudhabdhiyaam

 

The God of Yamini, who decorated,

His  tuft with the moon’s crescent,

Who was interested  in singing  of Sama Veda,

Who had  eye on forehead, and  is ocean of nectar of good

At the time  of the churning  ,

Of ocean of milk, just like sport,

Krooranaam  hiranyakshane  nigrahichu,

Dharaiye  thirike thanna,

Anugrahicha vara varaha moorhe.

 

After  killing the cruel  Hiranyaksha

Ang gave back the earth,

And blessed oh blessed Boar

 

4.Jayantha sri

Bhakthagresaranaam prahladhane

Palichiduvaan, vyakthamai  thoonil vannu

Kanaka kasipuvine hanicha nruhare

 

For protecting  the best among devotees  ,

Prahladha, you came  clearly  on the pillar

And killed  the Hiranya Kasipu , Oh Narasimha

Moonadi nilam  nalgeedave,

Anupamam  dhivya padham aruliya Vamanaakaaara

 

When  Mahabali  who was  dexterous with money

Gave you   three  feet of land

He who gve him matchless divine form , Oh vamana

6.Dharma heenam Kshatriya

Vidhwasana  hethuvaam

Brahma kulamathil janicha.

Jamadagni  brugu  Rama,

 

For the cause of killing  ,

The vey   cruel  royal kings

He who was  born in Brahmin caste

Oh Bhrugu Rama  son of Jamadagni

Bhanu vamasathil udhicha,

AS a sun  among  human beings

He who was born in clan of Sun,

He  who removed  all Rakshasas,

As a son of Rohini,

He who was born in home  of Nanda

He who symbolized  Lord Vishnu

Aathmajanai  gokulam thannil

Meviya kamsanthaka,

Sri Krishna venu gana  lola

 

As a son  of Devaki  and Vasudeva

He who roamed  of Gokula

And who killed Kamsa

Oh Krishna interested  in playing flute

Rakshanartha avatheernai

Khala nidhanam cheyyum , sishta

Palaka  sri Kalki  bhagawan

 

In the Kali  age,

For the sake  of Protection,
