Except you who is our help oh  our great Guru

மனக்குறை தீர்த்து உன் கருணை மழை பொழிய
நல்வழி நடத்தி காத்தருள் புரியவே
( உன்னை அல்லால் )

 

Mana kurai theerththu , karunai mazhai  pozhiya

Nal vazhi nadathi Katharul  puriyave (unnai allal)

 

Putting  an end to wants of our mind, for you to shower rain of mercy

For  make  us walk in the right path, For  protecting and blessing us(Except you)

காம குரோத மோஹாதிகளை பரிபூர்ணமாக அழித்து
அறநெறி புகட்டி காத்தருள் புரியவே
அயன் மால் அரனென்று உன் பாதாரவிந்தமதை
சரணடைந்தேன் இனியும் சோதிக்காது காத்தருள்வாய் (உன்னை அல்லால் )

 

Kama krodha  mohaadhikalai paripoornamaaka  azhithu

Araneri pugatti, katharul puriyave

Ayan maal aran yendru un padharvindhathai

Sarana  adainthen, iniyum sodhikkathu Kaatharulvai
( Unai allal)

 

After destroying  completely passiom , anger and attachment

Teaching  rules of Dharma and for protecting and blessing

Thinking you as Brahma, Shiva and Vishnu, I surrendered

To your  lotus like feet,Without further  testing, protect  and bless
