1.Mangalam mavani suthaa   nathu  niki ,

Mangalam aravindhaakshuniki,

Mangalam adbutha charithruniki  ,

Mangalam Aadhi devuniki

1.Auspiciousness to lord of daughter of earth,

Auspiciousness  to the lotus eyed one,

Auspiciousness to one with a wonderful character ,

Auspiciousness primeval   God.

2.Sundara Vadhanuki,   sudehuniki  ,

Brundaraka gana vandhyuniki,

Mandhara dharauniki   mana,

Madhavuniki   , shubha phaladuniki.

2,To the one  with pretty face and a good body  ,

To the one who is saluted by hoards of Devas,

To the who lifted the Mandhara  mountain,

To the consort of Lakshmi  , who gives   good results.

3.Inakulamuna velasina RAmunuki  ,

Janaka vachana  paripaluniki  ,

Manasija   koti lavanyuniki ,

Kanaka simhasana   nilayuniki

3. To that Rama  who  shined in the clan of Sun God,

To the one who obeyed the   orders of his father ,

To the one  who is prettier than crores of God of love  ,

To the one who sat on the golden throne.

 4,Mandhanila   bhoja  sayanuniki  ,

Mandakini   vara  janakuniki  ,

Mandha Janaka   satha  sangasuniki ,

Mandhara   roopuniki  , Hariki

4, To the one who reclines on the bed of a serpent  who eats air  ,

To the one who   was responsible for creation of Ganga,

To the one who  looks like hundred fathers  of Saturn(Sun),

To the one who has the form of wish givinr tree.

5.  Indradyashta dhigeesa  nuthunuki  ,

Chandradhithya   sunayuniki ga-,

Jendruni   samrakshinchina   Rana-

Chandruniki , Jagat roopuniki

5. To the one praised by Indra and  eight guardians of directions,

To the one who is having  moon and Sun as his eyes  ,

To the Ramachandra who saved   the  king ,

Of elephants  ,To the one whose form is the universe.

6.  Raja shekara  priyuniki  , mouni  ,

Raja raja   poojithuniki  Thyaga-

 Raja vinuthiniki  Vara   gaja-

Rajadhi   bhaktha varadhunuki

6. To the   one who is the friend of Lord Shiva,

To  the  one worshipped by kings and sages ,

To the one who is praised by Thyagaraja ,

To the one who granted  boons ,

To king of elephants and other   devotees.
