rasambilanu,
Narakruthaya manasaa
Pallavi
Oh mind, the nectar like juice of Music,
Took birth as a human
being
Anuppallavi
Veda Puranagama
sasthra-
Aadhula kaadha ramous
Anupallavi
That music which is the foundation of Vedas,
Purnasas, Agamas
and Sastras.
Charanam
Swaramulu yaroka gantalu,
Vara ragamu Kodandamu,
Duranay desyamu trigunamu,
Niratha gathi
charamuraa,sandharbamu,
Sarasa sangathi sandharbhamu,
Gala giramuluraa,
Dara bajane
bhagyamuraa,
Thyagaraja sevinchu
Charanam
The seven notes are the gems ties on his bow,
The great Raga is
his bow called Kodanda,
The Gana ,Naya and Desya
are its strings,
The different thalas(beats)
are the arrows,
The very entertaining Sangathis are the proper language ,
And it is our
luck to be able to worship,
This incarnation which was sung about by Thyagraja.
