1,Saranam bhava karunaam mayi kuru dheena dhayalo
Karuna rasa varunalaya, kari raja krupalo
Adhunaa kalu vidhinaa mayo sudheeyaa asura bharitham
Madhu sudana , madhu sudana Hara mamaka duritham
Oh Lord merciful towards suffering, show me mercyand allow me to surrender
Oh Lord who is ocean of essence of mercy, who showed mercy to king of elephants
Oh killer of Madhu, please remove the burden loaded by fate on me,
Oh Madhu Sudana , destroy my great suffering
2.Vara noopura dhara sundara , kara shobhitha valaya
Sura , bhusura bhaya varaka daranidhara krupayaa
Thwarayaa hara parameeswara , sura varya madheeyam
Madhu sudana, madhu sudana hara may duritham
Oh lord wearing pretty anklets, who has shining bangles on his pretty hands
He who destroys fear of Brahmins and devas, who mercifully carries the earth
Oh great god with speed destroy, oh great god of mine ,
Oh Madhu sudana, oh Madhusudana , please destroy my sufferings
3Gruni mandala , mani kundala, phani mandala sayanaa
Animaadhi suguna bhooshana, mani mandapa sadana
Vinathaa sutha ghana vahana, muni manasa bhavamna
Madhu sudana, Madhu sudana hara mamaka duritham
He who wers gem studded ear globes shining like sun, he who sleeps on the body of Adhisesha
He who has eight occult powers as ornament, who lives in home of gems
He who travels on heavy sun of vinatha, he who lives in mind of sages,
Oh Madhu sudana, oh Madhusudana , please destroy my sufferings
4.Ari bheekara hali sodhara paripoorna Sukhabdhe
Naraknthaka nara palaka paripalitha jaladhe
Hari sevaka shiva Narayana theertha paramthman
Madhu sudana, Madhu sudana hara mama duritham
He who is fearful to his enemies, brother of plough bearing god, who is fully happy
He who is killer of Narakasura, he who nurtures men, he who looks after oceans
He who is divine soul of Shiva Narayana theertha servant of hari,
Oh Madhu sudana, oh Madhusudana , please destroy my sufferings
