Oh Rama , lotus eyed one who protects the sages,

Please talk to me  so that my mind becomes cool

Ullamu nannu  neeke marulu konnanu,

Uraga sayana  , naa  thappu lenchaka  neevu

My mind has  fallen in love with you,

Oh Lord who sleeps on the serpent,

Without bothering about   my mistakes
