Pallavi
He who lives on Venkata mountain,
He who lives in Vaikunta,
He who has lotus like eyes,
He who is divinely pure,
He who has the divine form,
Carrying the conch and the wheel.
Anupallavi
He who is worshipped by Brahma,
He who has innumerable names and characters,
He who enjoys music by Narada and Dumburu
Charanam
The Gopala who is like the God of love,
Who wears golden ear studs,
The Purandara Vitala who looks after devotees.
it is correct !! but I noticed some mistakes because I am a dancer
ReplyDeletepallavi
"divinely pure" is not the right word for the diviness of this god so we have to compare Vishnu with something to prove he is so pure.
so ,we can use that Lord vishnu is as pure as gold !!
charanam
it is not a mistake but i want to give xtra information gopala is a form of vishnu who does not wear golden ear studs (golden ear studs are not special) , balki he wears very special earings , no one nows wether it was golden or diamond !! purandara vithala is an ankithanama and not a god !! it mainly means Lord Vishnu looks after all his dovotees!!
