Paduvai maname , Sivanai konndaduvai dhiname

1.Indhiran mudaliya imayavarkku adhikari,
Nandiyin meederum namban padam pothi
2.AAlamunde amararai katha thiru-,
Neelakandan kazhal neriyudan pothi
3.Seelamadhavar chitham ninraadum ,
Soolapani yennum Suyambu Thaal pothi
4.Mohamaam thunbam moozgi kedamal ,
AAgamurayai anthivannanai
5.Panchaksharam thanai bhathiyai uruvethi ,
Mei jnanam pethu uyya melonai nee pothi
English translation

Oh mind sing and praise Lord Shiva daily
Charanam
1.Praise the feet of the chief of Indra and other devas,
And our friend who rides on the Nandi.
2.Praise with honesty the feet of Neelakanda,
Who saved the devas by swallowing poison
3.Praise the feet of the birth less one with a trident ,
Who dances in the mind of Lord Vishnu
4.For not getting spoiled by drowning in desire,
Sing about the dusk colured one as per the Vedas
5.Learn with devotion Namasivaya , the Panchakshara,
And praise that great one so that you get divine wisdom.
