Yengal veettin panamum pugazhum kottida vanthiduvai

Vetrilai paakku pazhangal vaithom , yetre  kaathiduvai

Kudangal  niraya paalum thenum alithom vanthiduvai   (Padappai Nagar..)

We have kept betel leaves , betel nut and fruits, please accept them and protect us

Neerani,, soolini, nin mana malini, nithavum  vanthiduvai

Mangala kali,manjula neeli, maaye  kaathiduvai

Sankari, durge, chathurbhuja  durge sakthiye vanthiduvai   (Padappai Nagar..)

 

Oh Parvathi, wife  of Sankara , She who was  brought up by mountain, Oh BHagavathi please protect us

She who wears water  , holds sool, She who is the fragrance of her mind, please  come daily

ராமா என்று ஒரு முறை சொன்னால்

தாமதம் இன்றி வருவயே

உண்மை உள்ளம் ஒன்றிருந்தால்

நன்மை என்றும் அறுள்வாயே

 

Ramaa  yendru  oru murai  sonnaal

Thamatham  indri  Varuvaaye

Unmai ullam ondru  irunthaal

Nanmai yendrum  arulvaaye.

 

If we tell once  “Rama”

Would you not come without delay,

If there  is  a true  mind

Would you not always  give  good life?

கருணை நிறைந்த உள்ளத்தின் அருமை நாதன் நீயல்லவோ

கருணை காட்டி இந்த எழைக்கருள இன்னும் தாமதமோ

ஏழை என்னில் உந்தன் பக்தி சிருதும் குறவுண்டோ

அழைத்த நிமிடம் ஓடி வந்தென்னை

அழைத்து செல்வாய் திருவடிகளில்.

Karunai  Kaatti intha yezhaikku  arula  innuum  thamathamo?

Yezhai yennil  un bakthi   chirithum  Kuraivundo?

Azhaitha nimidam  odi vanthennai

Azhaithu  selvai THiruvadikall

 

Are you not the great lord  of mind  full of mercy?

Why the delay to show  mercy to this  poor one and  bless him?

Is there any shortage  of devotion to you  in this poor One?

Immediately  as I call you, come  running
