ఇన్నిచదువనేల ఇంత వెదకనేల

కన్ను తెరచుటొకటి కనుమూయుటొకటి

innichaduvanEla iMta vedakanEla

kannu terachuTokaTi kanumUyuTokaTi

Why study so much,? why search this much?

Opening and Closing (one’s) eyes are equal

వలెననేదొకమాట వలదనేదొక మాట

సిలుగులీ రెంటికిని చిత్తమే గురియౌను

వలెనంటె బంధము వలదంటె మోక్షము

తెలిసి విజ్ఞానులకు తెరువిది యొకటే

silugulI reMTikini cittamE guriyaunu

valenaMTe baMdhamu valadaMTe mOkShamu

telisi viGnAnulaku teruvidi yokaTE

Need is an utterance, Unneed is an utterance

For both the sufferings, mind becomes the object

Need is bond, unneed is liberation

For the intellectual being, this is the only the way

పుట్టెడిదొకటే పోయెడిదొకటే

తిట్టమై రెంటికిని దేహమే గురియౌను

పుట్టుట సంశయము పోవుట నిశ్చయము

వొట్టి విజ్ఞానులకు వుపమిది వొకటే

tiTTamai reMTikini dEhamE guriyaunu

puTTuTa saMSayamu pOvuTa niSchayamu

voTTi viGnAnulaku vupamidi vokaTE

Birth and Death are alike

For these two, the body becomes the single object as shelter

Birth is uncertain death is certain

For the sensible scholars, this is the mere sense

పరమనేదొకటే ప్రపంచమొకటే

సిరుల నీరెంటికిని జీవుడే గురియౌను

ఇరవు వేంకటేశుడిహ పరములకర్త

శరణాగతులకెల్ల సతమీతడొకడే

paramanEdokaTE prapaMchamokaTE

sirula nIreMTikini jIvuDE guriyaunu

iravu vEMkaTESuDiha paramulakarta

SaraNAgatulakella satamItaDokaDE

The Above and the Below are the equal

For these outstanding twosome, the soul becomes the object

Venkatesha is the Subject for both the Beyond and the Worldly

For all the refugees He is the sole Eternal (shelter)!!
