ఎంత
మాత్రమున ఎవ్వరు తలచిన అంత మాత్రమె నీవు
అంతరాంతరములెంచిచూడ పిండంతే నిప్పటి అన్నట్లు
Enthamaathramuna evvaru thalachina amta maatrame

Antharaamtaramulemchichooda pimdamthe nippati

How one thinks of You, You are just
that (You are of the Enormity as one realizes You)
By scrutinizing the reflections,
the number of Nippats (a savory) is what the amount of the dough is!

మిము వైష్ణవులు కూరిమితో విష్ణుడని
పలుకుదురు
మిము వేదాంతులు పరబ్రహ్మంబనుచు
తలతురు
మిము శైవులు తగిన భక్తులునూ శివుడనుచు
అలరి పొగడుదురు కాపాలికులు ఆది భైరవుడనుచు

The Vaishnavas worship Thee with
fondness as Vishnu
The Vedic philosophers speak of
Thee as the Para Brahman (Supreme Consciousness)

devotees think of Thee as Lord Shiva
Tha Kapalikas admire (Thee) with
excitement as Adi Bhairava
[Vaishnavas = worshippers
of Lord Vishnu; Shaivas = (followers of
Lord Shiva)
In sanskrit Adi means alpha or
initio; Bhairava means Terrible]

సరినెన్నుదురు
శాక్తేయులు శక్తి రూపు నీవనుచు
దరిశనములు
మిము నానా విధులను తలపుల కొలదుల భజింతురు
సిరుల
మిమునే అల్ప బుద్ధి తలచినవారికి అల్పంబగుదువు
దరిమల మిమునే ఘనమని తలచిన ఘన బుద్ధులకు ఘనుడవు

Darishanamulu Mimu naanaavidhulanu thalapula

Sirula MimunE alpa buddhi talachinavAriki
alpambaguduvu
Darimala MimunE ghanamani thalachina Ghana

The Shakteyas truly believe Thee to
be the appearance of Shakti
The views (philosophies) about Thee
are varied; (They) pray Thee according to (their) likeness
For the trivial-minded worldly
thinkers, You look trivial
Divergently For the great-minded
who conceive Thy grandeur, Thou art Grand
[Shaakteyas = worshippers of Shakthi; Shaivas = (followers of Lord Shiva)

There is no dearth because of You
as in the lotus is in gauge with the water (as the lotus creeps with the span

Only the water of the river
Bhagirathi that seeps into the well nearby, there
If You are Sri Venkatapathi (the
Lord of Venkatadri mount), that acquired us,
Considering You as Sri Venkatapathi
who is with us
I surrender You now like this
This is my Transcendental Truth
This is my Eternal Bliss
This is my Ultimate Refuge
