Nanaya mangalarchithe joochi

Seeing that  I always am worriedly talking   to you  ,

To show your  mirror like   face?

Korika  lilaloDhivilo.

Gonchamaina   naa manasu,

Dari theliya daiamu  neevu sumee,

Thyagaraja hrud bhooshana ninuvinaa.

Are you not the only God  who knows well,

That  my mind does  not  desire this or that  world,

Oh Lord who is the ornament   to the  heart ,
