Dithyamemi  naduchuraa

Oh Lord with a stable form, whose scholarship,

Can do anything  to you

SAthyamaina  akjnameera,

SAmarthyamu kaladhaa

Who has got the  power  to,

Go against your orders of truth

Banu pagalureyu rathnasanu   juttda,

Pooni   seshda mitha bara boomi  moyadaa,

Vinulanthu kasi pathi nee namamu  balkada,

Mani THyagarajuvinutha  mahimaaspadhamagu  neeyanthu.

Would  not  the sun  go round the mount Meru  day and night ?

Would    not the Adhisesha  dare  to  carry   this earth?

Would  not lord of Kasi , tell your name  in the ears,

Of those  who are about to die,

Oh Lord praised  by Thyagaraja, who is the source  of all power.
