Pramamyaham Sri Gauri sutham,
Phani thalpa  Vasudeva  BHaktham Satatam

Pallavi
I always   salute the son of Gauri,
Who is a devotee of Vasudeva who uses snake as his bed.

Anupallavi
Gana Nadham, Amara brunda sevitham,
Phani haara bhooshitham  , muni vara  Vandhitham

Anupallavi
The Lord of the Gabas  who is served by groups of Devas,
Who wears snake as garland   and who is saluted by great sages.

Charanam
Drutha   charu modhakam,  Gaja mukham,
Sitakaram amitha garva Bhanjakam,
Natha loka   santhosha dhayakam,
Sritha bhaktha palakam, Sidhi Vinayakam.

Charanam
He who holds the sweet Modhaka  , Who has an elephant face
Who destroyed the excessive  pride  of  moon,
Who gives happiness to the world of his disciples,
Who protects  devotees who depend on him and ,
Who is the   remover of obstacles   who gives  fulfillment.
