AAdidum murugnai  aar arivaro,
Adiyaar  manathinil   asaainthu odi,

Pallavi
Who does know about that dancing Muruga  ,
Who   moves in the mind of devotees 

Anupallavi
THediduvor idamum  , Paadiduvor idamum,
Naadiduvoridamum odi olinthu vilaya (aadidum..)

Anupallavi
He who plays   hide and seek  with those who search  for  him,
Those who  sing about  him    and those  who search for him.

Charanam
Karpanaikku adangaa  kadhir vel azhagan,
Narppadam theduvor naadum anbu azhagan,
POrpadam paaduvor pugazhum meyyazhagan,
Arpan  enakku irangi   arpudamai  kan mun.

Charanam
The pretty  one having the well who is beyond imagination,
The pretty one loved by all   whose feet is sought by those  who seek him,
The lovely bodied one  who is praised  by those who sing about his feet,
Took pity on me who is a lowly  one and appeared before me wonderfully.
