Mayil Vahana , manamohana,
Mathi sekara nanda nandana

Anupallavi
Ayil yendhi aarthi theerkkum mahana,
Kuyil mozhi vallikku arul shadanana.

Charanam
1.Padame gathi pethe nittai bodhame ,
Purindhu arul dayanidhe.

2.Nadhame uruvaai naadum guhapathi,
Nathane Viswanathan miga thudhi.

English meaning

Pallavi
God who rides on a peacock, stealer of mind,
The darling son of the lord who wears the moon.

Anupallavi
The great one who removes problems holding a Vel,
The Six faced one who showered his grace ,
On Valli who had a nightingale like voice.

Charanam
1.Oh treasure of mercy who granted me deep meditation,
When I chose your feet as my only support.

2.Oh Lord Guha who is the personification of music,
And chose to approach Viswanatha who prayed to him.
