Raksha Rakshasura siksha, Rajeeva dalayathaaksha

Aksheena  krupa kadaksha, aasritha  paksha   samraksha

 

You who protects by killing Rakshasas, he who has eyes like lotus petal

He who never gets tired by merciful look, He who protects those who depend on him

 

 

Charanam

 

1.Sarva manothadhyaksha, sarva  lokavana daksha

Sarva vedanthaika lakshya, sarva  yogeendra  samraksha

Aprameya  bala veerya , anupama mahaoudharya

Aparimitha  gambheerya, avyayaakhandithaiswarya

 

He  who presides over  all mental desires, , he who is an expert in administering the world,

He who aims at all vedanthas, he who protects all great sages

He who has unmatchable strength  and valour, he who has  unmatchable  great  generosity

He who  has  excess personality, he who has  uncountable never  destroyable  wealth

 

2.Pathitha  jana  pavana, pankaja  sundrananana

Pathagapathi vahana, panditha  paripalana
Achyuthananda  govinda, athyantha  nirmalanantha

Vichyutha samsara  kandha, viswa mangala  mukundha

 

He who purifies  fallen people. He who has pretty face like lotus

He who has king of birds as teed, he looks  after learned  people

The achutha who is joyful govinda, he who has  greatly pure mind

He who makes life happy, the Mukunda who makes  world ausoicious

 

3.Thavaka  roopa mudharam, dharaya  santha  samsaram

Drsaya manushakaram, deva balaka sareeraam

Chnthayadha yadwitheeyaam, chethasaa chiranubhavya

Antharayo ma bhoodadhya  aagama  vrundha   suvedhya

 

You have a form of generosity, you  take  with you the peaceful world

Please show  your human form as well as the child form   as god

You who is second to none to think about , please   grant my mind  some experience

Please grant me pity to beings in my mind, Oh lord  who has learnt all Vedas well

 

4.Adhya may janma  saphalyam, adhya  may vamsa  vaimalyam
Sadhya  yeva  samajani sambhoothe  thwayi bhoomani

Kali kalmasha nasanam kamitha  phals nidhanam

Naryaneeya  charitham, Narayana   theertha  geetham

 

Now I have attained  meaning of my birth and made my  clan  as spot;ess

Now I understood, when you took birth   in this world

You destroyed  ills of kali age and granted the results  I desired
