Oh sir , I believed in you.

Anupallavi
Nagam punai  Shambho Nataraja, puliyr Vaazhum  eesa.

Anupallavi
Oh Shiva  who wears the snake, Oh God who lives  in Puliyur.

Charanam
1.Iruvar tham isai konda, that ha, thithi yenum nadam  cheyyum ingitha POrpada,
Thirunavulooran  vidu dhoothaa , Shivakami oru Bhaga  , Chidambara Nadhaa.

1.Oh God  with golden feet who dances  pleasantly  for the music of two  like Thatha,  Thithi,
Oh emissary send by the one   in Thirunavalur, Who has Parvathi on one side   and  is Lord  of Chidambaram.

2.Mazhuvinai darikkindra kaiyaa, KOndrai  malar malai, punaigindra vadi chuddar meyya,
Yezhu puvi thudikkindra thuyya , anmbar idamai irundhu   inbam  udanalum ayya.

2.Oh lord with the axe in his hand , who has a shining body   and wears a  garland of kondrai flowers,
Oh pure one praised by seven worlds< Oh Lord who sits on the left side of devotees and rules along with them and takes  pleasure.

3.Nediya maal  thedi kaanathu yengum  nirainthavaa, yelumbu yellam aninthidum poonaa,
Adiyavar thozhum   thamizh pana, thillayampathi Nataraja , Ambalavavana.

3. Oh God who is everywhere   but  the tall Lord Vishnu  searched and could not see  you anywhere,
Oh Tamil musician who is saluted  by devotees  , Oh Nataraja  of Chidambaram , Oh Ambalavana.
